Terrain

Terrain was a beautiful journey of finding ways to take my continuous line off the page, into three-dimensional space.
What if we took the art off the page? What if we sculpted it, layered it, let light and shadow become part of the story?
I built it piece by piece, like a memory unfolding.
The result became something that shifts depending on where you’re standing, how the light hits it, even how you’re feeling when you look at it.

Terrain is a permanent installation at the new Light & Lives experience center in Dubai. Five etched acrylic panels, each glowing softly with hidden light built into the frame. The lighting is programmed to either illuminate all panels together or in a staggered sequence, mimicking the effect of gentle breathing
